Password protected documents...getting error message

I've set up a Word document, password protected and set up the parts of the form that can be populated using the tools provided.  I've also set the form up so it pulls the name/address and email of the contact in ACT.

I'm going back in to populate the form to be sure it's correct before I let the salespeople use it and I keep getting the following message:  the unlink method or property is not available because the object refers to a protected area of the document

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Password protected documents...getting error message

Tracy I do not believe it is possible to use a protected form to populate data from the database because it is done from the backend of Word and not from the user input interface. If you leave it unprotected I expect that it will then work?

Maybe need to find another way to approach the problem
