I am hoping someone on here can help me. Our company is running version 12 of ACT and need a password reset for our Admin account. I have tried to talk to the support over the phone but they told me that they cannot do anything because they only service ACT 2016 and higher.
We have several new employees we have to add and it is becoming increasingly frustrating that I cannot get any help. We have been a customer for 5 years and all I need is a password reset without paying $100.
If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You refer to new employees to add I assume that you mean new users. Unless you are replacing users that no longer use the database you will need additional licenses for the ACT! program and they wouldn't be available for your version.
