Pass word Changed now users can't attach Documents

As admin I have changed users passwords. Now they can no longer attached documents to opportunities, how can I rectify this?

Hi Adam,

What happens when they try? Are any error messages shown?
Can the affected users attach files to the Documents tab on Contact records?
Are any other users of the database able to attach files to the Documents tab in opportunities?

The massage we get is attached.

 

This happens when we tried to attach documents to Opportunities. Only users who have had their passwords changed are affected.

This is rather odd.

Are all the users trying to attach the same file? Does the error occur for any type of file?
Can you test attaching the same file from the same location for both the affected and unaffected users? What happens?
What happens if you change the password back to its previous value on one of the users you recently changed? Does this affect the ability to attach?

The files they are trying to attach are pdf's we have tried files from different locations and different users but with no success.

Can you let us know if changing the password back has any effect?

Morning! This seems to have sorted itself out now as both users can attach documents.
