As admin I have changed users passwords. Now they can no longer attached documents to opportunities, how can I rectify this?

Hello again Gary,
The massage we get is attached.
This happens when we tried to attach documents to Opportunities. Only users who have had their passwords changed are affected.

The files they are trying to attach are pdf's we have tried files from different locations and different users but with no success.

Morning! This seems to have sorted itself out now as both users can attach documents.
