PASTE SPECIAL - Act! 2010 V12 HF3

yes or no? where is it? Everytime I pastes something from a webpage or other source I have to run it through a text editor to strip the formatting.

No, this is because the data stores in Rich Text Mode and therefore allows formating in Notes/History etc.

Your best option if you DO NOT want to store the data with the formats is to paste it into Notepad first and then copy and paste into ACT!
