When I initiate an email in Act and send in Outlook, it sometimes takes a long time to show up in history. Is there a setting for this I can check?
Try refreshing manually, This is F5 in the current release of ACT

Nope. I just did another and waited a few seconds and hit F5. The system tray icon isn't showing up. Maybe I'll restart the computer.
