Hi - can anyone shed any light on this please?
Using Act 2008 and Outlook 2007. When I create a task or calendar event in Act and then sync to Outlook, it changes the item to 'Multiple Contacts' from the one contact it initially had. The second contact added when this happens is my act user. Can I get this to stop happening?

Thanks for that Narayan - that's exactly my problem. Their workaround solution is pretty hopeless though. I'm not going to delete the 'my record' on every task/meeting after everytime I sync. How long would you expect to wait for this to be patched?

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this problem yet? I agree with Kirk that the work-around is not feasible. Thanks for any info/ideas. Thank you!
