Looking for the best way to sync outlook to ACT! Pro 2012 and only sync the business contacts from outlook and not the personal ones. I have gotten it to work if I create a sub-folder in Outlook contacts called "personal contacts" and moved personal contacts to that file. Then the sync only gets what is left in the top level address book. Is this the best way to keep personal outlook contacts from appearing in the company database?
