My outlook is no longer connecting to the ACT database contact list...I'm using ACT 2011 and outlook 2003. I cant remember how to reconnect it...any help out there?

If you go to Tool, Preferences and then select the email TAB
Go through and remove the Outlook settings and then close and wait a couple of minutes before you open ACT again and then reset the email settings will generally resolve the problem

I did try that and the problem contiues...I should mention that I did install the trial version ACT connect, used it and didn't like so I unistalled it....this is when the problem started...Thanks
