Can anyone help me. We have the latest edition of ACT, initially the hook up with outlook was excellent and all of my emails that I sent or that we attached via the button on my outlook emails were being pasted directly into the history on the act file. For some reason this has become very unstable and no matter how many times I relink it from the toolbox preference option in ACT my emails are not being pasted into act, does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Verify that Act.Outlook.Service.exe is loaded. Also disable antivirus software.
