Outlook is an unreliable program [Edit: inappropriate content removed]. WHY OH WHY don't the makers of Act! give me an IMAP client right within Act!? Why can't I use use the Act! address book with OTHER email clients?
I can't use the Act! email feature as it is POP only. I currently use Outlook because I have multiple accounta and I need IMAP, but Outlook is unreliable [Edit: inappropriate content removed]
What does everyone else here do for email?

Thanks for the info.
I wonder if Outlook is the most popular because people like spending $100 on bloated, unreliable software, or if it is because Outlook is seemingly the only email client other software makers know of.
Thanks again for the links.

Most likely because it's included in MS Office... and most people have that.
