Outlook® is Missing as an Option in the ACT! E-mail Setup

Just upgraded tpo ACT 2011 but can't set up Outlook as e-mail carrier.

 

No problem with Wird 2010.

 

Using Win7 64bit (Outlook 32bit)

ACT 2011 Hotfix 2

 

Have a doc 14425 from Sage - but looks very complicated...

 

Any advice gratefully received.

Update....

 

Have manage to 'add' Outlook as an option.... and configured but all I get, when I want to send an e-mail is:

 

"Interface not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040155"

 

Can't find anything in the Sage Knowledge base.

 

Looking for a workround.

The message you are receiving is a little different, but try these two articles (test after each step):

 

1. Error retrieving Com class: KB Article 23311

 

2. Object Reference sending email: KB Article 21040

That problem now resoled... bt others have appeared....

'Most' eventually sorted by Sage UK - but not all....
