Outlook integration fails with ACT! Premium 2007 upgrade to ACT! Premium for Web

Hi all, your comments and feedback would be appreciated with this head scratcher (which has left Tech Support stumped).

 

Client has ACT! Premium 2007 installed with Office 2003 (PC OS vary from XP SP3 - Windows 7)

PC's where ACT! 2013 Prem was installed integration works fine.  2013 install performed uninstall of ACT! 2007.

 

PC's where ACT! Premium for Web will be used had a problem after manual uninstall of ACT! 2007.  Apparently it doesn't clean up the registry.  Error states Account or Directory already exists, etc. (KB27664 - attempted but doesn't work).  Tech Support poked around, deleted keys, rebuilt and nothing.  Their suggestion - uninstall ACT Outlook Integration, uninstall Outlook, Reinstall Outlook, Reinstall ACT! Outlook Integration.

 

One thought I had was to perform ACT! Premium 2013 installation to remove prior registry for 2007.  Am I crazy to think that will work?  

 

Otherwise, what is the best way to clean registry of all 2007 keys?
