Hello all.
Ok, I'm using act pro 2013
Outlook 2007
Windows 7 (i think)
Used to be all ok - however , now my emails are not recording to history.
i have double checked act/tools/preferences/email & outlook/system setup. & everything seems to be setup correctly.
From within act , I click on the email address & them complete & send the popup email window (as i always have) however , even after i refresh , that sent email does not appear in the history window
Also - from within Outlook., once i have read a received email , i will click on the ACT icon (attach email to ACT contact history) - and it all seems to work ok , but agian - it does NOT attach to history (even after refreshing).
my usual ACT consultant seems to be unavailable, so before i try & track down a new one - thought i would check with you guys.
Cheers
Russell

thank you ... this one was a tricky one , went thru as many of these steps that I could but with now lucj. I eventually got my certified ACT consultant onto it ... was something to do with act.service.exe ... but we are not exactly sure as to what/how 7 why. But now seems to be fixed - thanks again.
Cheers.

Version v16
I ran through all the items including the Registry. I have this same version on three other machines and they work just fine. This is my only Windows 10. As it turned out, after approx. 7hrs. I deleted the Address Book in Outlook, closed everything, re booted, and reinstalled the ACT Address Book, and it worked. The KB article might suggest this before doing all the heavy lifting. Thx.
