It sounds like the ACT! Address book has not been added to Outlook, see the following article for steps to resolve this issue: KB Article 23022

Thanks for the reply Greg. I did look for that but in the end it was operator error, unfortunately. I eventually rechecked the settings for email. Once I changed the settings there, everything went back to normal!
