Outlook e-mail and Act!

I have Outlook set up as my preferred e-mail, I now have started receiving a box that says,"a program is trying to access outlook, would you like to allow it?  and gives a drop down box with options from 1-10minutes, but gives no permanent option.  Am I missing something in the setup?  I have to do this every time I send mail, now.

If you are using an older version (v6.0), I never found a way around this. I did not have this particular problem with Outlook 2008.

Re: Outlook e-mail and Act!

Sorry for the confusing reply earlier today, I am new at this “board support”. I have seen this 1~10 minute drop down in earlier version of ACT. It was very annoying to work with.  I recently started using ACT 2008 with Outlook 2003 and have not seen this error come up anymore.

What version of ACT are you using?

ClickYes might still be the solution for you... I think it's free, so give it a try
