Thank you. I followed these directions and they showed up.
Now, however, my emails are not being recorded in the History tab. After some investigating I have found that the ACT 7 server in services is not started and when I go to start it, gives me the dreaded 140001 error. Okay so I'm having trouble with the ACT7 instance. I have uninstalled ACT and when I go to reinstall, the installer tells me it can't connect up properly to the ACT7 instance because of either improper installation, corruption or improper password. Can I remove the ACT7 instance in the Microsoft SQL server safely and then reinstall ACT and still be able to reconnect to my databases? I'm a little out of my comfort zone here and would liek some advice.
