Using 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 4 and Outlook 2007.
Nornmally works fine. The log in my scheduled tasks says it's worked fine but... it hasn't. Activities that have been enetered in ACT are not showing in Outlook. It is set so ACT overrides Outlook.
Have run scanpst and all was well.

- Remove ACT! address book from Outloot; restart Outlook
- Run Office Diagnostics from the Outlook Help menu
- Close ACT!
- Delete ACT! preferences using ACT! Diagnositcs (see KB 14770)
- Reopen ACT!
- Re-add the ACT! address book to Outlook
