When I send an email through ACT! and Outlook I receive an error message - (Window title - Microsoft Office Word) "Do you want to sve the changes to ACT 11.DOT?"
I can choose Yes or No and nothing happens and it doesn't effect anything. What is causing this?

It was not there. Nothing was in the list. The problem has not occurred for the last few days. If it happens again I'll know where to look and what to do. Thanks!
I do have another issue but it is really not a problem. More of a nuisance and now a curiosity.
Every time I close ACT!, by going to File// Exit I receive an error window pop up - "ACT by Sage has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I just hit the Close button and the window goes away. ACT! operates perfectly and it has been doing this ever since I installed it.
