Outlook & ACT! History

Our company has Act! and Outlook linked together so every email sent is recorded in the contact's history. One employee is now having issues with this. For some reason when he sends an email the subject is not recorded in the history. His outlook still has the option bar at the top that says "ACT! History". I asked him to double check his ACT! Email Editor tab under preferences, but he does not have one. We both are using the same version ( 11.1.183.0). Any suggestions?

I found a solution (researching similar problems individuals have stated on this message board) and I think I found the solution, I just need to make sure it is the correct one.

 

The solution was intended for ACT! 2007 (we have 2009) but they said to open the Task Manager and look for Act.Outlook.Service.exe and if it is there to end the process then visit C:\Program Files\ACT\ACT for Windows.  which is to start ACT.Outlook.Service.exe again
