I have a Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10. i7 processor and plenty of RAM. I can open Outlook from ACT but ACT doesn't record the email anywhere. In Outlook, the add in is available but not enabled. When I enable and close the COM tab in Outlook it doesn't keep the setting so disables the ACT add-in. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any other third-party add-ins enabled in outlook?
