I recently purchased, installed, and registered Act. I read everything and the installation went perfectly. After the installation I realized that Act was "looking at" a version of Microsoft Office that came with this new computer (a temporary free version) and not the version that that I downloaded and registered last week. I uninstalled the free temporary version of Office, but all of the synch option in Act are now "grayed out". I then uninstalled Act and reinstalled it in the hope that it would recognize the other version of Office, but that did not work. I am stumped (not a rare occurrence for me).
