Just got my computer back form repair and have reinstalled Act 2011 (Windows 7, Outlook 2007)
Having lots of problems with Outlook sync.
Would not RUN
got it working, now it gets stuck in INITIALIZING
so a far I have
Uninstalled/reinstalled outlook & Act
no distribution lists
tried demo dbase
added all act exe files to firewall exception
at this point not running any anti virus
UPDATE - if i launch from outlook sync works, but not from Act?
Update part Doux: Uninstalled/reinstalled - left at HF 1- can run sync from Contacts or schedule menu/sync with oulook - but not from tools/sync outlook//
