Hi Act Guru's
I have downloaded a trial version of Act 2013 SP1 and I'm testing the sync capabilities with Outlook. (32 bit Latest) When i sync I get a notice saying Contacts (or Calendar) Sync failed.
Looking at the sync errors i see the following
Interface not supported
..A load of other stuff I CBA to type.
can anyone help? Thanks

Assuming you are using Office/Outlook 2013 32-bit:
Determine if you have or do not have the Click-to-Run (CTR) version of Office 2013 installed. Instructions can be found in this article: KB Article 33125
ACT! will not interface with the CTR version.
