What version of Outlook?
What operating system?
Are there any messages in the Windows Event log at the time that might show what happened?

Have a look around the time it happens in the Application or System logs for something that looks related.
Also, do you use ACTEmail client or directly to Outlook?
Is your Outlook connected to an Exchange server?
What is the EXACT error you get?

I am not sure how to access the Systems or Application logs. How does one do that?
I am using Outlook directly and am not hooked into an Exchange server. I access the web via RCN my internet ISP.
The error is that I cannot access my folders. The message says I do not have permission to do so.
