I have ACT 2008 and emails from Outlook are no longer attaching to ACT Contacts. I use the same process that I have always used and assumed that the messages were being attached. Much to my surprise they have not been attaching for months??
Everything seems the same as it has always been but nothing is being attached??

Check your Windows Task Manager and be sure Act.Outlook.Sevice is running. If it is, you'll notice an envelope icon on your windows taskbar. If not, then run it manually from C:\Program Files\Act\Act for Windows\Act.Outlook.Service.exe
Also check to be sure you have your act icons in Outlook.
