I know how to navigate with Windows Explorer to look at the contents of the HistoryQueue folder. I remember also using an menu selection or executable to examine the status of Outlook emails and whether or not they were attaching to Act contacts.
I searched high and low in Outlook and in Act can't find that program or method I had used before to accomplish this. Does anyone know the built-in method to look at the contents and statusof the HistoryQueue and related items ?
