Outlook Email Attaching

Dear Group,


I'm new to Sage and still navigating through my learning curve.  Can someone advise on how to attach Microsoft Outlook emails to Sage Act contact history?

The first thing you need to do is ensure you have the latest service packs applied to MS Office otherwise you could experience problems, as I have seen this many time sin the past


Assuming ACT and Office do both have  the latest service packs along with Office, you need to go through the step by step Outlook integration wizard that will enable you to work the two applications together
