Can someone explain how to use categories in Cardscan or Outlook in the ACT database? It seems that Cardscan and ACT play nicely - in this regard - in that categories are sync'd up. But how about ACT? I'm not seeing any of the category information from Outlook or Cardscan in my ACT contacts.
I'm using Cardscan as the central point for business cards, and syncing between it and ACT.
This seems like such an obvious question that I'm wondering why I haven't found anything about it. But I'd like to understand before I go much further trying to be methodical about business cards.
