Outlook Calendar won't sync with Act 10

I have set up Outlook and Act to sync the calendar so I can use the iphone synch setup with Outlook 2007. I have set up a 2 way synch with the Outlook Calendar to take presidence. However it doesn not transfer any information. I tried to set up the same synch on another computer system using different installations of Act and Outlook and it works fine. Any ideas????

To troubleshoot an Act! and Outlook calendar copy issue:

- Test the calendar copy using a different Act! database (ex: Act Demo)

- In your database run: Tools > Database Maintenance > Check and Repair

- In Outlook run the Office Diagnostics option (under Help menu or in the Programs list from the Windows Start buttons)

- Create a new Outlook profile to test/use (from Control Panel > Mail option)
