Outlook Calendar sync stopped working

Outlook Calendar sync stopped working

I have been using ACT Outlook Calendar sync for a long time.  It has just stopped working.  Contacts still sync fine.  Any suggestions?

 

Running

Outlook 2010

Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2

 

The error is receive is:

Calendar Synchronization Failed

 

The event log contains:

Erro during activity sync.

Error in IAddrBook:Smiley SurprisedpenEntry: MAPI_E_INVALID_PARAMETER

   at Redemption.RDOAddressEntryClass.get_SMTPAddress()

   at Act.Outlook.Integration.OutlookAppointment.get_Recipients()

   at Act.Outlook.Integration.OutlookAppointment.GetCRCString()

   at Act.Outlook.Integration.Utility.GetOutlookAppointmentList(DateTime start, DateTime end, ProgressService progressService)

   at Act.Outlook.Sync.Common.ActivitySynchronizer.SyncAllAppointments(IConfigurationService configurationService, DateTime start, DateTime end)

Your issue may be with a specific calendar item.  Try reducing the number of days being synchronized and test.  If successful, increase the number of days and test again.  You may be able to identify the 'problem' date using this process.
