When initializing a 2 way Act/Outlook Calendar sync the Launching Integration box appears but nothing seems to happen afterwards.
I check the Outlook Sync History and see the error below

Hello,
First step is to verify Office is not having environmental issue by running an Office Quick Repair.
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Programs and Features.
Click Microsoft Office 365, and then click Change.
Select Quick Repair, and then click Repair.
Reboot
