There are three of us using ACT 10, version 12.0.409.0, all administrators with full rights, but only the users can integrate his older version of Outlook with ACT. The other two of us are using Office 2010.
Can someone give me some guidance as to what to do to remedy this?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Online Community!
ACT! 2010 is not compatible with Office 2010. There is a partial work-around available to integrate ACT! with Outlook, but it will not include Word or Excel integration. Information on the work-around can be found in this article: KB Article 26713
Another option for integration is an add-on produced by DesignR1: DesignR1 Office Add-on

The DesignR1 add-on is NOT a good solution if ACT has annual recurring to-do's on the calendar (such as birthday reminders).
It corrupts the Outlook database and creates a nightmare!
I've contacted DesignR1. I'll come back to this post and update what they tell me to do or not do.
