We are using Windows 10 and ACT! Pro 21.0.295.0 Update 4.
Even though the auto attach in E-mail System Setup is selected as "E-mail subject, message and all attachments" (we have the same setting for all three - sent emails, received ones and manually attached ones) it actually only records subject & message as if it were to be set to "E-mail subject and message (recommended)" setting but it isn't... When you change it to e.g. "none" it does work and doesn't record anything but when you revert to desired setting it behaves again like described above. Can anybody help? The sent emails and manually attached ones work OK as expected.
