I am running Act! Pro Version 22.214.171.124, Update 7 with MS Outlook 2016.
I cannot get the Outlook program to accept the ACT! add-in. It shows up as inactive, however I check the box to add and close out, but it will not hold.
Any solutions to this problem?

It maybe the issue documented here: 37366 Act! Addin becomes inactive after restarting Outlook 2013 and later
However we are experiencing compatibility issue with Outlook 2016 and would recommend upgrading to the latest versions of Act to ensure comparability is at its best.
