Using ACT 2010 Premium, Outlook 2007 and the Quick Connect feature for e-mail. A few questions for the user community...
It's sometimes easy to forget whether or not I did a Quick Connect to connect the e-mail message to ACT. Does a feature exist that can be displayed as a column within in the Outlook e-mail list view to flag that e-mail as having been connected to ACT? It would be a great reminder tool.
When inside an e-mail, it's again annoying to have to click on the Add-In's tab to get to the buttons to link the e-mail msg to ACT. Is there a way to move/drag/display the ACT functions in the Add-In to the main dialog box being displayed when composing the e-mail. Anotherwards, why can't those buttons just show up when I am reading the e-mail message detail without having to click on the Add-In tab. Alternatively, are there software add-in's that already make these modifications to Outlook 2007?
