I am using ACT 2009 with Outlook 2003/2007. Some users have laptops and use Outlook offline at home. Whenever they do this the ACT/Outlook link is disconnected as Outlook can't find the ACT database. This means I have to set up the ACT Outlook link almost everyday for 2 or 3 people. Other than creating ACT remote databases is their any way of stopping this happening?
