I uninstalled Act 2011 premium and when I reinstalled it I get a message box that says:
Resolution of the dependency failed, type="Act.UI.ActAlication",name="".Exception message is: The current build operation (build key Build Key[Act.UI.ActApplication, null]) failed:Value on 'null' is not valid for 'stream'.(Strategy type BuildPlanStratgy, index 3)
So now what can I do?

Have a look at this article:
You may find that the .NET installation on your system needs to be repaired.

You may be able to repair .NET by running the installation of it and choosing repair. You can run the file from the Act! installation media. If you explore the DVD/download it is typically in the dependencies folder ' dotNetFx35setup.exe

I was able to fix my ="Act.UI.ActAlication problem by looking it up on Goggle and it said to remove/rename the one of the Act folders and that is now ok. But after all is said and done Act 2011 premium will not work with my Outlook 2010

You said you uninstalled and re-installed Act! did you follow the steps in the article that Gary suggested on Friday?

Yes I did step by step and I really don't want to uninstall both MS Office 2010 and then reinstall them again. But it is looking like I will have to do it.
Just to let you know after I uninstalled Act and reinstalled Act I also did the Hot Fix 6.
