I was told when I purchased Office 2010 that ACT! for Financial Professionals was not compatible with Outlook 2010.
Has this changed? Will it work if I do a re-install of v12? Thanks in advance.

The only version of ACT! that is fully compatible with Office 2010 is ACT! 2011.
However, there are 2 options available:
1. We have a work-around available to integrate earlier versions of ACT! (tested with 2009 and 2010) with Outlook 2010. It will not provide integration with Excel or Word. Here is an article explaining the compatibility and instructions for implementing the work around: KB Article 26713
2. A company called DesignR1 has created an add-on that will integrate ACT! 2010 with Outlook, Word, and Excel (2010). Here is a link to their add-on, you will want to review their requirements to ensure it will work with ACT! for Financial Professionals: http://www.designr1.com/
