I am running an remote database on a laptop with Outlook 2010 and Act 2012. Same setup on my main computer where everything works fine. On the laptop, I made a few errors during setup where I first installed Office 64 bit then Act. I wound up uninstalling both, re-installing Outlook (32 bit) then Act. In Outlook, the Add-Ins then appeared but emails are not being attached to the History. When I use Quick Attach or Attach to Contact Add-ins, neither work. Any thoughts out there? Thanks!
