Using Act! 2011 Pro on Windows 7 64x
When I attempt to set up email via "email system setup" Outlook is not an option. Outlook express and internet email are both selectable but no Outlook. In Outlook, I'm able to sync calendars. Any ideas?

the problem was on Outlook side. Was using the "click to run" version. Reinstalled 32 bit version and no problem.

Maybe you can reinstall act, make updates. Then restart. Configure the email to outlook. Restart. I got similar problem and I fixed that way.
