We have recently installed Outlook 2007 on both of our citrix servers. The server that has the Act client installed keeps crashing outlook. After outlook crashes and ask to generate an error report, a message prompts that as if we would like to restart outlook with the Act plug-in disabled. The funny thing is that when I run outlook on that server having the problem and check to see what plug-ins are being used, Act is not listed. I also looked online for the location of plug-ins in the register and when I navigated to them there was no entry for Act. I will include the error log for when the program crashes, although it did not prove very helpful to me.
