I have ACT! for Real Estate Version 10.0.1.199, and am running Windows XP, with Outlook 2007, using it as my email. I have spent about 6 hours on the knowledge base looking for why my ACT! Address book, while in Outlook, and visible, gives me an error of:
"The address list cannot be displayed. The action cannot be completed."
All the other functionality (toolbars, etc) workd fine, but when I am in ACT! contact, click on WRITE, then EMAIL MESSAGE, and go to the address book, I get the above error.
