I have Outlook 2007 and ACT! 2008 (10.0) Version 10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1.
Messages I select to Link to ACT Contacts (While in Outlook) do not show up in the History of ACT Contact Records.
The links are there. I can see my contacts list. Seems like everything should work fine...
What am I doing wrong?
And once this is "fixed", is there not a way to have all messages from a specific e-mail automatically link to a designated contact that has that e-mail address?

Act.Outlook.Service.exe handles recording of history from Outlook to ACT!. If this program isn't running, it will not record history. Check your task manager, under the processes tab. If you're unable to see Act.Outlook.Service.exe in the list, then this is your issue.
You can start the program up, by going to your ACT! install directory (default: C:\Program Files\ACT\ACT for Windows) and double click Act.Outlook.Service.exe. The program will run in the background, so you have to check task manager to see if its running.
