Outlook 2007/Act 10 mail issue

Hi,

I am running Act 10 (10.0.1.199), Outlook 2007 (12.0.6300.5000) and Windows XP Home SP2 (all patches applied.)

After installing Act and adding it to Outlook as an Address Book (Tools - Account Settings), I am having the following problem;

> After starting, writing and sending an email in Outlook, the taskbar icon for that email does not go away.  I cannot open, maximize or close the icon.  It will stay on the taskbar until I close Outlook.  This behavior occurs regularly but not all the time.

Any suggestions on ending this problem would be appreciated.

Strange one...

If no-one else comes up with anything better I would try:

1. Detect and repair in outlook (this is called office diagnostics in office 2007)
2. Remove the act address book, restart outlook and re-add it.

I've seen this sometimes in Outlook (with or without ACT!)... you can right-click on the item and select close to get rid of it
