Using Act! Pro 188.8.131.52 with Windows 8.1 - Outlook email client
ACT! has just started NOT recording my outgoing email messages in my contacts records, even though the email is sent from within ACT! (by Outlook).
To Troubleshoot, I tried going to some of the sent messages in Outlook and clicking "Add-ins" and "Quick Attach". I got the "Messages will be attached to ACT! contacts" dialog box, but in reality, the message was not attached in ACT!.
This is very important to me. Any ideas how I can get this functionality back?

Have a thought about what updates may have been applied or changes to your PC around the time email stopped attaching.
