Having issues again with add in starting.
Act Pro v 220.127.116.11, Update 8
Add in will not load on start up. I have to remember to go to Com add in and click.
It is not disabled.
If I start Outlook as "Admin" it loads????
This happen before & I had to uninstall ACT to get it to work.

Try looking at the registry to see if the load behaviour is correct
and look for the act! plugin make sure that they both have the Load Behaviour set as 3 it may currently be a 0

Current_user was set to 0 and Local_Machine 3
Changed and it loaded.
Why would it work when I "ran as administrator" and not if I opened normally?
