Hi,
First time reinstallation since original purchase. Were unaware until today that Act had been sold on.
Called the 0845 number given on the site and fobbed off with the product isn't supported - although the obsolescence page says it is until Jan 2014.
Trying to Activate. We have selected option to activate over the internet and are informed "We are unable to register Act!.... etc".
The telephone option is a US number (we are in UK).
The email option is seeing our emails auto-deleted by software.support@swiftpage.com!
What the heck do we do? All we want to do is legally use it again.
Advice please.
