I will preface my question by sharing that I am very new to ACT.
I recently took a position with a company that uses ACT as their contact management db. Basically they want to perform opportunity management where the opportunity, not the contact, is the master record. Essentially the goal is to manage an opportunity by job name and address and keep track of quoted prices to various parties that request pricing from us on a particular opportunity.
