My company recently upgraded from ACT 6.0 to ACT 16.0. I am trying to create an Opportunity Report by Product. I was able to use the report designer to create how I wanted to report to look. However, it is only pulling opportunities that I have created from the updated ACT and not the previous version.
Any ideas as to why the older "Opportunities" are not pulling out?
I can pull an Opportunity Adjusted by Probability report and it does include all of my opportunities. It just does not show the "Product Name" in order. Which is what I am trying to accomplish.
Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Because you're referring to a custom report you created I can't suggest why it's behaving the way you describe without examining the template and also likly the source database.
As to the Opportunity Adjusted by Probability report, that template doesn't show the product name so I'm at a loss as to what you're describing. Controling the sort order in reports that is typically done using added sections to the report.
